January 13, 2021 – Muddy Paws Rescue announced today the receipt of a $10,000 grant from Pedigree Foundation to help prepare more shelter pets in New York City for adoption and ensure they are ready to find loving homes. With this grant, the organization offers Muddy Paws the support it needs for their efforts in the adoption of thousands of dogs.

“This grant will fund the build out of a customized platform that will serve as the hub for Muddy Paws’ programmatic and operational work, so that we can save more lives by better supporting our fosters, adopters, donors and volunteers,” said Anna Lai, Marketing Director.  “We’re extremely grateful to Pedigree Foundation for their recognition.”

This platform will further assist Muddy Paws in its mission to practice progressive, responsible, foster-based rescue and their vision for a world where adopting a dog is a positive and stress-free experience for all, removing all barriers and encouraging adoption as the first option to be considered when adding a pet to the family.
